Job description
Well-established Urgent Care Practice seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to add to their growing practice.
Locations: Shelton, Bridgeport, Fairfield, Trumbull, New Haven
Salary Compensation: $60-80/hr. Depending on experience.
S tart Date: ASAP
Specialty: Urgent Care, Family Medicine
Work Schedule: 8AM - 8PM. 3 shifts per week. 1 weekend shift per week is required.
PPD: 25-30 average and some higher
Credentialing time frame: 10 days
Benefits: Health insurance. health insurance. profit sharing, 401k. Malpractice with tail coverage. CME allowance 3k/year, 401k. Malpractice with tail coverage.
Active CT license preferred but not required
Board Certification required
