Job description
The Quality Supervisor/Manager is an integral role in our team, that will be responsible for managing and directing the Quality team personnel. They will oversee the El Paso, TX Distribution Center Quality Management System, ensuring it is adequate to prevent non-conforming material, and finished goods from reaching our customers.

Work Environment:
Employees will be exposed to moderate noise levels. Due to the open environment of the warehouse, employees must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions that can include extreme heat, humidity, and cold. The Distribution Center also has high forklift traffic.
Schedule
In this role, the ability to work flexible hours and/or a variety of shifts to meet customer demands is necessary. Our teams work together to ensure their chosen work schedules are supporting our customers. This role has a travel requirement of roughly 25% of its time.
