GeniusU, a company under Genius Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist with expertise in selling training and coaching programs, Edtech, and SaaS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing B2B partnerships, and working with outsourced Direct Reach Out (DRO) teams to build a predictable sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through Salesforce, ensuring day-to-day tracking and monitoring and closing of your deals.
- Engage and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the training and coaching industry.
- Work closely with outsourced DRO teams to create lead generation campaigns and ensure a steady stream of qualified prospects converting into customers.
- Utilize strong knowledge of edtech and SaaS products to tailor offerings and solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals with B2B companies, focusing on mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights for product development and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products, and apply insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Leverage technology tools including Salesforce to analyze sales data and report on performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling training and coaching programs, Edtech, and SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating and establishing B2B partnerships within the training and coaching industry.
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
This position needs the person to be working from our Santa Monica Office 5 days a week.
