Job description
Position Description:
- Bring in own sales network and existing client base.
- Develop new sales strategy to promote & sell BV/TrailMaster Powersports products.
- Visit dealers regularly in the assigned territory.
- Using old-time and fashion communication methods to connect with clients. (call, mailing, news letter, social media…)
- Build up and maintain good relationships with clients (Dealers, Distributors, Box Stores, potential clients.)
- Follow up with clients and potential clients in a reasonable time frame.
- Help to establish dealership and submit orders for clients
- Other dealership related tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working experience in the powersports industry as sales person or manager. (more than 5years+ experience is a plus)
- Great team player with independent working ability, self-motivated and deal-close oriented.
- Capable to understand and explain out products (functions, specs, comparison) to the clients after training.
- Willing to travel and attend industrial exhibitions.
- Great communication skills internally and externally.
- Having own sales channel or recourses in Northeast States of USA is a plus.
Compensation: Commission-based or full-time employed remotely (with bonus)
