What We Are Looking For

The Administrative Associate position will help support the mission of Baylor University in the School of Music by having strong critical thinking, problem solving skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and will be results-oriented.

An Associate's degree, three years of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith is required. A Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant non-profit, university or college experience is preferred. A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
