Responsibilities:
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Corresponding With Sellers And Buyers
- Showing Homes To Prospective Purchasers
- Preparing For Listing Appointments
- Researching Information On Potential Properties On The Listing And Selling Side
- Schedule And Attend On-Site Property Inspections And Appraisals
- Assist In Drafting Offers And Amendments
- Attend And Assist With Open Houses, Client Events, And Team Events
Qualifications:
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
