Role: Quality Supervisor (Report Writers and Technicians)

Location: Phoenix Area, AZ

Length: 6+ months

Job Details

Our client is looking for 2 Quality Supervisors. They have a backlog of medical device complaints from one of their clients they are manufacturing a product for. In this role, the two Supervisors will manage the team of 8 Quality Technicians and 6 Report Writers. They will be responsible for reviewing and approving the work done by the team. The team will be broken into two teams - doing the investigations and the report writers - putting them to paper in a Trackwise type system.
