Collections Specialist
At Reno-based Inc. Authority (), we consult with, and help register, over 1000 new startups a week, across all fifty states. Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calls with Inc Authority Customers who are delinquent on their accounts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to win customers back
- Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner
- Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Explain and upsell our products and benefits of Inc Authority services
- Make calls to existing customers for business growth
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service with an assertive personality
- Interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor and conduct
- Team oriented and able to build positive relationships with customers
- Ability to handle rejection
- Achieve and exceed individual targets
- Basic computer knowledge, including data entry into CRM
- Experience using Outlook
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Familiarity with multi-line phones
Requirements/Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
- Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Punctuality
- Positive and Professional Demeanor and Appearance
