We have an immediate opening for ( Virtual BDC Agent - Outbound ). This full-time, non-exempt/exempt position handles outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
• 1 Call both Sales and Service lists for dealerships
• 2 Call customers for equity mining and retention purposes
• 3 Call OnStar customers with the diagnostic notifications
Skills, Experience and Education required:
• 1 Must have at least 1 year of Auto BDC experience or Call Center experience. Automotive experience is highly preferred!
• 2 Demonstrated ability to be a GREAT communicator
• 3 Proper phone etiquette
