Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Top 3 skill sets required for this role:- Digital Asset Management (DAM) Expertise (40%):
- Proficiency in managing daily DAM operations including file uploads and tool management.
- Incorporating existing assets from legacy platforms.
- Applying knowledge of asset management workflows and processes.
- Expertise in data entry, keywording, and cataloging digital assets using software like IntelligenceBank.
- Providing efficient assistance in retrieving specific assets upon request, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
License and Asset Management (25%):- Tracking and managing license expirations and model releases.
- Maintaining stock inventory both on and off the DAM.
- Performing quarterly audits of expiring shoots and associated talent.
- Generating quarterly reports on expired, expiring, and newly purchased assets.
- Assisting in retrieving licensed assets as required, adhering to licensing terms and deadlines.
Creative Software Proficiency (5%):- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with additional tools like Figma, CaptureOne, and Workfront is beneficial.
- Capable of efficiently accessing and providing requested assets through various software interfaces or platforms, facilitating smoother workflows for creative teams.
Hybrid MANDATORY- fHow many days onsite vs remote: 2 days on-site per week

Overview / Summary:- The Project Manager - Digital Asset Management oversees the strategic management and optimization of United Airlines' digital asset library.
- This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of assets, maintains brand consistency, and fulfills the diverse needs of various teams.

Essential Job Accountabilities:- Digital Asset Management (DAM) Operations (40%)
- Administer daily DAM operations, file uploads, and tool management.
- Incorporate assets from legacy platforms.
- Apply knowledge of asset management workflows and processes.
License and Asset Management (25%)- Track and manage license expirations and model releases.
- Maintain stock inventory on/off the DAM.
- Conduct quarterly audits and generate reports on assets.
Asset Request Fulfillment (10%)- Handle incoming photo pull requests and fulfill stock orders.
- Manage asset requests for timely delivery.
Collaboration and Communication (10%)- Identify project needs in pre-production meetings.
- Foster effective collaboration across teams.
Reporting and Documentation (5%)- Prepare quarterly reports on purchased assets and shoot overviews.
Content Strategy and Brand Consistency (5%)- Uphold brand consistency and design guidelines.
- Contribute to strategic design development.
Additional Skills and Preferences (5%)- Preference for candidates with archival experience.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Field of Study:
- Bachelor's degree in library or computer science, digital arts, videography or photography, or equivalent digital asset management experience.
Related Experience:- Three (3) years of experience in digital arts, videography or photography, or digital asset management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:- Proficiency in Data Entry and Keywording.
- Creative Software Proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CaptureOne, Workfront).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Execution and Process-Oriented mindset.
- Exceptional Organization and Attention to Visual Details.
- Strong Interpersonal, Verbal Communication, and Collaboration Skills.
- Deadline-Oriented and Effective in Fast-Paced Environments.
Pay Range: $50-60/hrThe specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
