Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Senior Integration/Operations Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) who is committed to medical excellence, health care improvement and ensuring military personnel are ready to perform combat operations and humanitarian missions at home and abroad. You’ll provide information technology technical and program management expertise to Defense Health Networks and their Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). The Market Technology Integration Office (MTIO) Division delivers the Geographic Service Leads (GSL) model to the Military Health System (MHS) CIOs. Through the GSL model, the division provides Program Management Support, Enterprise Resource Planning and Management, Enterprise Schedule Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Technical Support Services, Financial Management, and Internal Communications support to the MTFs within their health network/geographic market.
The Senior Integration/Operations Analyst is responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Change Management, Tactical and Operations Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
- Coordinate with multiple MTFs to ensure integration and operation of health IT systems.
- Liaise with MTF Chief Information Officers (CIO) and staff, facilitate communication and integration efforts including organizing meetings, disseminating information, and ensuring alignment with DHA standards and procedures.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation and operation of IT systems. This includes technical problems, user concerns, and coordination challenges. Document in the Issue Resolution Log.
- Create intuitive dashboards which provide real-time insights for informed decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators ensuring onsite IT support is effectively managed, issues and risks are identified and addressed promptly, and spend plans are closely monitored to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis directed toward identifying areas for improvement in healthcare delivery and operational efficiency; provide recommendations informing leadership decision-making.
- Oversee the daily management of MTIO awarded contracts and Geographic Service Provider task orders, including monitoring performance, managing resources, and ensuring contract compliance with DHA contractual requirements to ensure resources are managed effectively and adherence to terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with MTF CIOs for their feedback on vendor reports and performance and convey the vendors ability to meet contract obligations to the IDIQ Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Assist COR with contract actions, to include records management, document drafting and editing, and contract project planning of activities.
- Other tasks as assigned.
**Work Hours: Monday-Friday 0900-1700 (flexible).
**Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support customer events and meetings.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience or a High School Diploma and 6 years of related experience.
- Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings; preparing concise, accurate documents and meeting minutes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of business and management principles.
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
- Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office products and related applications.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess and mitigate potential risks.
- Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.
- Location: Falls Church, VA - hybrid telework or remote (with Customer Approval).
- Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust Clearance.
Desired qualifications:
- Prior DoD e xperience; Defense Health Agency or Military Health System experience a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification preferred.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
