Compensation: $29.12/hr to $44.71/hr depending on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, we have opportunities for a 4 or 5-day work week!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 3+ years' experience with residential and commercial HVAC retrofit
- Willingness to travel to the service area
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to comply with all safety rules
- Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC system retrofits, upgrades, and replacements in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing HVAC systems to identify retrofit opportunities
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in HVAC systems, providing effective solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all retrofitting activities
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
