Job Title: Intern Legal Coordinator

Reports To: Sr. Director, Legal Services and Contracts
Employment Status: Hourly, Non-exempt, Length of Internship is 10 weeks, 40 hours/week
Primary Location: Boulder, CO
Compensation: $20.00/hour

Job Summary: The Legal Coordinator will work closely with the Legal Team focusing on a few key initiatives.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to): - Develop a comprehensive lien handbook to include lien requirements in accordance with state statutes.
- Management of damage claims settlement agreements.
- Create options for consolidation of Legal documents.
- Maintenance in Evisort (Contracts Management System), file naming, archiving expired contracts, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
General - Exceptional initiative, judgment, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Punctual and reliable, with the written and verbal communication skills to complete assignments independently, working quickly and efficiently.
- Maintains a positive attitude and professional disposition in a fast-paced industry.
- Team-oriented personality who enjoys working closely with others
Technical - Solid computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Preferred candidate seeking a law degree or attending law school or paralegal certification following graduation.
