Growing Facilities Management Company needs an Operations Manager
Be a part of growing Facilities Management Company where Relationships Matter!
As an operations manager, you will be overseeing the business and sales division to make
sure that customer satisfaction is met to the highest standard. Specific Duties include
although are not limited to:
1)Overseeing the complete operation of your team in accordance withthe direction established in the strategic plans.
2)Staffing, guiding, leading and managing your organization in accordance with
company guidelines.
3)Maintaining awareness of both the external internal competitive landscape. Opportunities for expansion etc.
4) Ability to lead teams and customer interface.
Bilingual Spanish speaking skills helpful with an AA or Bachelors Degree.
6-10 years of leadership experience.
