Site Quality Manager is a key leader to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities for our production sites. Manages site Quality Control Laboratory, ensure site meets Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and responsible for quality non-conformance investigations. They will develop, monitor, and report relevant quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and support improvement projects. They will lead, develop and train direct reports. Responsible to ensure team supports site and regional quality objectives.
• Maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Leading and developing direct reports in meeting performance, developmental & organizational objectives. Develop team's quality KPIs.
• Collaborating with Site Leadership Team in formulating and establishing site policies, operating procedures, KPIs, and goals.
• Managing site Quality Control Laboratory; plan, control and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which include planning processes, material control, acceptance, sampling, and measurement systems.
• Supporting product launch activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leading and contributing to quality investigations with site personnel teams to ensure true root cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions are identified and implemented.
• Partner with other site Quality Managers to continuously improve and share best practices on quality systems.
• Be in full compliance with site, company, state, and federal policies and regulations. Ensure sites meet relevant QMS objectives. Responsible for quality related risk assessments.
