Job Title: Civil Project Leader
Job Location: Allentown, PA (flexible)
Job Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 + Additional Bonus Opportunity (typically ~10-15%/year)
Requirements:
1.) 3+ years project experience in Civil Engineering / Land Development / Storm Water Management
2.) 3+ years experience w/ leadership, business development, market expansion and/or Project Management responsibilities
3.) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar equivalent)
4.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
5.) PE License (strongly preferred)

As the Civil Project Leader , you will:
- Oversee and manage all engineering project efforts in the greater Allentown, PA including project management, team development, business development and market/project expansion Requirements:
1.) 3+ years project experience in Civil Engineering / Land Development / Storm Water Management
2.) 3+ years experience w/ leadership, business development, market expansion and/or Project Management responsibilities
3.) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar equivalent)

Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 + Additional Bonus Opportunity (typically ~10-15%/year)
