Position: Office Receptionist
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Salary: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities: As an Office Receptionist at Style Netbox, you will be the face and voice of our dynamic organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive first impression of our company
- Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Managing and coordinating front desk activities, including mail and package handling
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications: We are seeking individuals with:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
