Position: Retail Store Manager at KK Sportscards

Job Description:

Join our passionate team as a Retail Store Manager, where you will engage with customers in the exciting world of sports card collecting. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment, providing expertise and assistance to sports card enthusiasts of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier service to every customer, ensuring a memorable and pleasant shopping experience.
• Product Expertise: Guide and educate customers in their selection of sports cards and related products.
• Sales Transaction Efficiency: Process all sales transactions with accuracy, maintaining the integrity of customer purchases.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Keep the store presentable by ensuring it remains clean and well-organized.
• Inventory Management: Stock and replenish merchandise diligently, ensuring availability and variety.
• Sales Goals Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed set sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Knowledge Upkeep: Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and promotions to provide customers with relevant and helpful information.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales and retail store management, with a strong background in sports cards, especially baseball and football.
• Experience managing sales associates or staff of 2-3 people
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail setting, demonstrating excellent time management.
• Proficiency in basic math, essential for handling cash and processing transactions.

Location: Largo, FL

Compensation: $60-80k depending on direct experience
