We’re looking for a results-driven Director of Business Development to lead and execute the strategy for sourcing, closing, enabling, and retaining new Enterprise partners on a global scale. Reporting to Duda’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll need a strong tech sales background, a deep understanding of the Martech industry, and proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
As the Director of Business Development, you will identify and build relationships with new Enterprise channel partners, negotiate and execute business contracts, and collaborate with Duda's Executive Team to align business development objectives with overall company goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan, focusing on driving Enterprise accounts growth and revenue for Duda's platform
- Identify and qualify new Enterprise channel partners that can drive growth for Duda's platform, leveraging your existing network of contacts and relationships
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning Duda as a trusted partner for web design and digital marketing solutions
- Negotiate and execute business contracts and agreements, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure deal terms are favorable and consistent with Duda's business objectives
- Work closely with Duda's product, marketing, and support teams to ensure that partners are enabled and successful, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed
- Develop a deep understanding of the web design industry and Duda's competitors to inform business development strategies, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with Duda's Executive Team to align business development objectives with overall company goals, contributing to the company's strategic direction
WHAT YOU WILL ADD TO DUDA
- 7+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or account management
- Proven success in identifying, closing, and retaining new Enterprise channel partners
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to sell into C-Level, with a track record of building lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals, with experience negotiating complex contracts and agreements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
- Deep understanding of digital marketing to SMB and SaaS B2B, focusing on web design and development
- Technically savvy, with experience working with web architecture (API, HTML/CSS) and a passion for emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

We offer a competitive package including base salary, uncapped variable bonus, health benefits, and equity, with a salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, based on skills and experience.

Our Louisville, CO office has a varied work schedule (3 days in the office, two days remote), but we are open to remote for this role.
