Your Role:
As our Regional Manager, you'll be at the helm of our Massachusetts studio operations, spearheading growth, ensuring profitability, and nurturing a culture of excellence. You'll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and guide a talented team of managers and leaders, shaping a welcoming environment where both clients and staff thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of Studio Leads, Managers, and staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance performance across all Massachusetts studios, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
- Champion outstanding customer service and hospitality, resolving client concerns promptly and maintaining high standards across all touchpoints.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company SOPs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Cultivate partnerships and community outreach initiatives to expand our reach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to effectively execute sales, marketing, and programming strategies.
- Drive and facilitate connection within the Massachusetts hub to future B/SPOKE hubs
Your Profile:
- 1-3 years of proven success in regional management, coupled with 3-5 years in operations, ideally within retail or hospitality.
- A passion for fitness and wellness, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
- A flexible, results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
