Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Product & Applications Group is a specialized team within the Marketing Department that is responsible for supporting the Lovibond brand and its programs by providing accurate and timely product and application support to internal and external customers. This position will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting enquiries from end users on instrument use applications maintenance and best practices.

The Technical Support Representative will work closely with members of the Marketing Sales Quality and Operations teams to ensure that customer issues are solved and that Lovibond provides an excellent level of customer service and support.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge: High School Diploma or GED. No Experience necessary. Entry level. Basic math skills to count accurately and track inventory. Proficient with computers; Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented and able to perform job functions accurately. Able to follow verbal and written instructions and complete assigned tasks in an unsupervised manner. Knowledge of ERP software (Traverse). Able to safely operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. Able to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Committed to delivering results; being solutions oriented; having good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Adept at maintaining a professional manner in all customer interactions both internal and external. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment comfortably and effectively.
