Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)

Description:

Medical Lab Technologist/Scientist (MLT/MT/MLS) ASCP or equivalent. Willing to take new graduates from a NAACLS accredited laboratory science program who are "Board Eligible."

SALARY:

SHIFT:
2nd Shift/Variable - Full time (0.9FTE) 36hrs/wk or 72hr/pay
Every Third Weekend (Saturday & Sunday nights) - are on Third Shift to start- 8hr shifts (22:30 - 07:00)
A Holiday rotation required on Third Shift to start - 8hr Shifts. (22:30-07:00) One Major, One Minor, and "One Holiday eve" assigned.
Generalist - rotating through Hematolgoy/Coagualation/Urines; Chemistry; Blood Bank; Microbiology (limited off shift)

Shifts are always staffed with four techs, on micro lab assistant, two phlebotomists, and three processors on 2nd shift and at least one phlebotomist, but most often two phlebotomists on third shift hours. Techs not required to draw blood.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:
***/hr for hours worked between 15:00 - 06:00.

Findlay is home to Marathon Petroleum World Headquarters and many manufacturing plants, including Whirlpool, Cooper Tire and Rubber, and many car part manufacturers. There is only one hospital in town so we're very financially sound and secure. There are also very great small rural farming communities with great schools surrounding Findlay.
