Responsibilities:
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Cultivate Leads: Proactively generate and cultivate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Local Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide valuable insights to clients
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts
- Hold Open Houses: Organize and host open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers
- Create and Negotiate Offers: Assist clients in creating competitive offers and skillfully negotiate on their behalf to achieve favorable outcomes
- Guide Clients through the Process: Guide approximately 20 clients per year through the real estate process, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service from start to finish
- Active Utah Real Estate License or Close to Obtaining: Hold an active Utah real estate license or be in the final stages of obtaining one
Qualifications:
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Tech savvy
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Valid and active Utah real estate agent license
- Strong understanding of the local Utah market and its unique dynamics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and tools
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations
