About the Role:
Identify integration use cases with key Technology Alliance partners for LogScale, 3rd Partner Ingestion, XDR and NG SIEM
Drive 3rd party ISV collaboration for product needs
Build business cases and identify key partnerships
Manage the delivery and launch of partner built integrations, connectors and packages
Track results and outcomes of partnership and present to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Qualify and develop partner integrations
Manage all aspects of initial partner onboarding (contracts, Not For Resale licensing, system account setup)
Lead initial conversations with partner
Manage partner development cycle
Establish and negotiate partner contracts
Convey use case to partner and establish expectations and timelines
Enable partner development through documentation and development resources
Align closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Solution Architects team, Program Management and Technology Alliance team to evaluate market opportunities and product gaps, to identify and engage with partners who can meet market and technology requirements.
Collaborate with various cross functional teams and key stakeholders to align partner recruitment efforts based on roadmap
Work with Technical Teams to rationalize use cases based on technical requirements
Coordinate with key business units to manage integration roadmap, track timelines, identify dependencies and deliver updates
Coordinate with third party engineering team as necessary to support partner built integrations
Create meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with partner organizations in harmony with other go to market efforts across the CrowdStrike organization
Define and execute operational processes that allow CrowdStrike to scale its partnerships programs
What You'll Need:
Background: Understanding of Technology and/or Cybersecurity Ecosystem. Preferred experience in cybersecurity, development cycles, SDLC process and/or devops and log management
Experience: Experience working with Technology partners and with Technology Marketplaces
Team oriented: Proven ability to work with internal teams and with external partners
Process oriented: Ability to document partner engagements, track field sales activities, and measure partner sales referrals and teaming activities.
Presentation: Comfortable presenting in front of groups - this will be needed for partner engagements.
Communications: Experience in clearly communicating and coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams (both internally and externally) helping move various stakeholders forward on joint goals
Bonus Points:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience as a partner/sales manager in Business Development, Sales or Marketing
Comfortable using Salesforce, Quip, Confluent, JIRA
Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting
