Toolroom Repair Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $28.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Performs preventative maintenance on tooling and related items.
• Troubleshoots molding issues to determine if there is tool damage or there are other issues causing problems.
• Deteremines the correct actions to take in order to resolve the issues.
• Must perform necessary work to repair tool in house, while outsourcing as little as possible.

Toolroom Repair Specialist Qualifications:

• CMM • EDM, 10 + years

• Mills/Lathes knowledge

• Tool Repair experience in the Plastics Injection Molding Industry

• Demonstrated abilities handling stress in a fast paced environment while performing multiple tasks effectively

• Strong organization, trouble shooting, and planning skills: works efficiently

• Ability to work independently with judgment; adept at planning ahead, self-motivated

• Basic computer skills

• Strong teamwork skills required

• Some welding, benching/spotting, and machining skills

• High degree of mechanical and trouble shooting ability

• A STRONG understanding of injection molds and all their related components, example valve gates, hot runners, hydraulics, etc. and the knowledge to repair them

• Required to supply all necessary tools

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
