The GTM Strategy and Portfolio Planning team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to participate in the development of global go-to-market plans for consumer digital service offerings, define program metrics and goals, and establish tracking mechanisms. The role also coordinates with cross-functional teams and agencies in developing and executing product introduction plans. Additionally, the role contributes to customer segmentation strategies, performs marketing operations activities, supports sales teams with training materials, and participates in account development efforts.
We are looking for an energetic individual who can collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Global & Regional services teams, and internal and external support teams to deliver new services and optimize the current services portfolio.
Responsibilities - The successful candidate can apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert for go-to-market execution and 4P management. In addition, they will be able to:
- Collaborate in 4P management execution, like CRM update, portfolio management, services price and cost analysis, collateral fulfillment, etc.
- Participates in developing and securing approval for comprehensive GTM plans for Digital Services offerings in North America and Latin America for Personal System and Print Digital Services.
- Coordinates with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of new service introduction plans.
- Contributes to defining Digital Services program metrics, goals, and benchmarks and establishes mechanisms to track and report progress against them.
- Contributes to developing and defining customer segmentation strategies, tailoring Digital Services experiences to different customer segments and route-to-markets.
- Assists sales teams in developing sales training materials to enhance their product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
- Participates in retailer/reseller account calls/development to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads and contributes to complex projects, and exercises expertise in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
- Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
- Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that drive continuous services business growth.
Education & Experience Recommended - Typically, 8+ years to establish a proven track record in service business management, portfolio management functions, marketing, or sales.

Knowledge and Skills - Consumer segment product, software, or service experience preferred.
- A strong customer orientation to ensure that service offerings are designed and optimized to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Marketing and Sales Acumen, understanding marketing and sales principles to effectively manage the 4Ps and drive service adoption and revenue growth.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Influence at cross-functionally levels.
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment, and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
- Good presentation skills. Ability to influence without authority across functions, geographies, etc.
- Basic knowledge of operational business processes, ERP, and CRM systems.
