Job description

Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing a factory in consumer electronics/home appliance industry. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Fluent in speaking and reading in both Italian and English. Good communication skill Judgment / Decision Making – Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making. Takes into consideration related business ramification of various alternative courses of action. Problem solving. Capacity to make analyses Willing to take the challengers Purpose: With the Group business growth, in order to reinforce our organization, achieve new goals and deal with new challengers, we have created this new position. It is to overall manage the day to day operations and short/long term planning for the groups he/she managed. ___________________________________________________________________ Main Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of operations in the factory. Maintain smooth work flow between direct reports/departments such as production, injection, Tooling, EHS etc., and resolve any interdepartmental conflicts. Ensures the factory stays on schedule and keeps commitments. Ensures factory meets the goals set by the management team. Maintains on time production commitments Maintain facilities efficient to meet the high standards. Review with management team on a regular basis to ensure goals are being completed and develop new goals based on needs. Prepare Budgets within deadlines
