General Responsibilities:
Issue certificates of insurance and evidences of property insurance as required under direction of AE.
Run Motor Vehicle Reports as required under direction of AE.
Monitor cancellations and keep Account Executive appraised of status.
File claims with carriers.
Process builders risk new starts and monthly reports.
Process endorsements, to include change requests, suspense, invoicing and mailing.
Process audits including invoicing and mailing to insured at direction of AE.
Assist in renewal process by ordering loss runs and monitoring receipt.
Assist in preparing Loss Summary for marketing submissions; provide Loss Updates to AE and to Agent if requested.
Assist in renewal process by gathering information and updating applications.
Assist on processing bond renewals including invoicing and mailing if required.
Assist on completing policy checks and confirming that all items are saved in ImageRight.
Prepare 3 ring binders for renewal policies as appropriate unless email is acceptable.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
4-40 Customer Service Representative License or 2-20 Property and Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
2+ years insurance experience preferred
Experience with personal computers and related software (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight preferred
