Job description

Customer Care Specialist

Do you have previous customer service experience, and do you enjoy making an impact? We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our Lake Mary, FL office. The primary responsibility is to administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment and to provide excellent customer experience through empathy and sensitivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing the highest level of care to our customers. 

Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Job: Full-time (7.5-hour shift)

Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 6 am-9 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm
