Location: Santa Monica, CA
Salary: $90,000-$110,000

We are a nationally recognized multifamily housing management and consulting firm that specializes in HUD, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Conventional Market-Rate, and Student Housing Communities. Due to unprecedented growth within our industry, we are in need of immediately hiring a Financial Analyst with a strong background in LIHTC.

What You Will Be Doing

As our Financial Analyst, you will be performing underwritings of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit acquisition opportunities. You will perform market research to support underwritings, compare various debt structures, present findings, and lead in the preparation and delivery to lenders and investors.

What You Need for this Position

A Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years experience with:
- Real Estate
- Low-Income Housing Tax Credit
- Multifamily asset management or investment analysis
- Understanding real estate economics and financial principles
- Review of financial statements
- Experience with a tax-credit syndicator or developer is a huge plus.
