- Competently resolve conflicts and coordinate action plans in order to skillfully negotiate and settle disagreements between several stakeholders.
- Lead all project interviews and provide internal team coaching to make sure all client needs are fulfilled.
- Understanding of the methods, procedures, and principles of commercial construction is a MUST
- Ability to interact with stakeholders, employees, and management in an effective manner.
- Personable and approachable, with a track record of calming people down, and the ability to establish rapport and depth in relationships fast.
- $180k-$195k/ Base Annual Salary
