Whether you’re a Millennial house hacking or a Boomer downsizing to Florida, we will make you successful through real estate. We are doing $10m deals and $100,000 condo purchases for the average American that doesn’t get any press. We want to tell the story of every one of our buyers and sellers through social media to help educate the buyer public on what great real estate representation, customer service, and marketing should look like. Whether that’s TikTok video or Instagram, we want to be better storytellers. We move really fast and provide the potential for so much good content. We need someone who can come up with compelling content ideas, create some of them and hand them off to our video team to create others! We're looking for unconventional, less-obvious, up-and-comers with a cutting-edge style and feel for how to grow followers but more importantly, TURN followers and subscribers into business Want in? Responsibilities: Video • Convert video presence into business • Ideate, shoot, produce, & edit short-form social media content • Shoot, produce and manage out-sourced editing of 8 long-form videos/month • Oversee Social Media Associate Qualifications: • High-quality video/photography proven experience. • Have your own camera, lenses, and lighting (preferred but not necessary) • Video editing experience is necessary • Photoshop (advanced) • Canva About Company: The Ten Hoeve Realty Group is a fast-paced, high-performance real estate team with a large volume of work.
