Skills Required:
8+ years Experienced Construction Management Software Consultant with knowledge and experience in construction domain as well as rich experience in using different construction management software for Cost Estimation & Controls and Document Management (Int & Ext)
Should have knowledge and experience in a centralized construction document management platform and practices for Management of Structured & Un Structured Data (RFI, Drawing & Specifications, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, Operational Documents / Manuals, Site Scans / Photos / Videos, Checklists, Punch lists), Workflow Platform with the ability to support business rules, Governance & Audit of all data, Synchronous & Asynchronous collaboration with internal & external users, Document Life Cycle Management
Should have knowledge and experience in Construction Cost Estimation and Controls Software and process areas involving Cost Estimation and Cost Estimating, Budget Control & Management, Forecasting, Monitoring of Expenses, Cost Tracking Change Management, Benchmarking, Contract Management, Progress Measurement, Earned Value Management, Time Phasing, Integration with Financial Systems, BIM, Schedule systems, Reporting systems, Risk systems, commitments Contingency Management, WBS, CBS, ORS, Portfolio Management, Multi-currency Capabilities, Integrated workflows, Internal Analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
Construction Management Domain and Software Consultant with knowledge in multiple construction management software and knowledge of construction domain to carry out comparison analysis and recommendation exercise to suggest the best in class tools for clients' requirements in the domain areas of Cost Estimation & Controls and Document Management (Int & Ext) w.r.t to construction domain management.
