Position Summary/Description:
Hybrid: This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
The Treasury Debt Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, and operations of a specialized bond program with over $1.25 billion in outstanding debt; financial information reporting including a variety of debt-related metrics, Central Bank, internal loans, market conditions/interest rates, and other ad hoc requests; providing financial analysis on a variety of projects; and providing support for the capital budgeting process. Among the key duties, this position:Education and Experience:
* PeopleSoft experience.
* Familiarity with Power Bi and Tableau.
* Familiarity with research university of similar size and scope as UNC -Chapel Hill.
