Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive traffic across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and social media platforms to achieve targeted results and maximize ROI.
- Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new clients to our platforms, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and how our social media and PPC strategies will meet their needs.
- Continuous Communication: Keep clients informed through regular updates, weekly calls, and emails, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create compelling, targeted content for social media posts and PPC ads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and PPC campaigns, utilizing data to inform and adjust strategies as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee all content and campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and DentalCMO's standards before publication.
- Community and Relationship Building: Manage online communities, engage with audiences, and foster positive relationships through interactive and engaging communication.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and PPC reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with social media management and PPC campaign execution (a must).
- Expertise in using collaboration tools like GSuite, Asana, HubSpot, and Slack.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
