Overview:

The Corporate Community Manager supports and assists the leadership team in all administrative aspects of community operations

Experience / Training:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least 2 years of experience in property management required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Yardi

Critical Skills:

• Able to handle multiple tasks with frequent distractions
• High level of attention to detail
• Maintains effective professional relationships with others
• Maintains high standards of ethics, conduct, and organization
• Expresses self clearly and effectively when talking with individuals and groups
• Dependable and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary to meet a goal
• The ability to operate office equipment, such as computer, printer, copier, fax, and postage machine
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to perform administrative tasks
• Great Customer Service Skills
