Locally owned, bringing some of the best brunch, lunch, and dinner to the CBD. Menu is heavy on Louisiana cooking with a bit of an extra flair for Cajun classics. We are seeking talented Line Cooks!

Summary of Position: 

Accurately and efficiently prepare and portion food products to standards of restaurant set by management. Ability to perform on any and/or all stations: prep, grill, saute, fry, salad, dish where needed.
