Join us as a Regulatory Analyst, where you’ll put your love of science to work in the Scientific Insourcing Services department. You’ll receive all the training you need to successfully take on your new role and grow an exciting laboratory sciences career at Pace®.

 

This candidate will help to coordinates, prepares, submits, and secures all necessary paperwork for regulatory registrations. Responsible for assisting with special projects and handling certain administrative matters relating to specific regulatory agencies.

 

What you’ll do

• Site Resource
• Establish site training / SOP / Guidance documents to document required manufacturing site knowledge related to the NGO program, how to identify products in scope of the program, typical audit responses
• Tracking registration status of sites
• Generate site-level RM, Product Lists to support annual audits
• Trade Name / Raw Material Facilitation
• Facilitate trade name receipts
• Provide LOCs for suppliers used (example: glycerin)
• Site Audit Facilitation
• Utilize ETQ to resolve site audit findings and monitor failures
• Address NSF Standard 60 Monitor Failures
• Address NSF Standard 60 Corrective Actions resulting from site audits
• Serve as first contact for Halal Annual Audits (maintain supply chain contacts for each site)
• Serve as first contact for Kosher Annual Audits (maintain supply chain contacts for each site)
• Serve as first contact for OMRI Random Surveillance Inspection
• Site Fee Coordination
• Coordinate Annual, Audit and Plant-Specific Fee Payments from all agencies
• Site Registration Setup
• Coordinate Initial Site Registration for Halal
• Coordinate Initial Site Registration for Kosher
• Ongoing Audit / Compliance
• Ensuring products are being produced at certified sites through routine desk audits.
• Maintain list of plant numbers and correlating site

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new computer software
• Experience with EPIC and SAP, preferred
• Familiarity with US FDA food additive requirements, preferred
• Product registration or certification experience, preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
