Position Overview:

You will collaborate with individual consumers to craft and execute plans aimed at achieving their financial objectives and consolidating assets. Utilizing your licensing, certifications, and cutting-edge financial tools, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers by attentively addressing their needs while maximizing the benefits products and services.
Schedule appointments to identify opportunities for outside asset consolidation, successfully close on identified opportunities, and seamlessly facilitate the onboarding of external assets.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of goal-based planning by presenting solutions for various savings goals, including education planning, retirement planning, and other intermediate to long-term objectives.
Utilize conversation model and interactive planning tools to identify participant needs and deliver appropriate next steps.
Efficiently manage your time and pipeline to prioritize tasks based on customer needs and the potential for expanding relationships.
Document conversations and follow up with clients using SalesForce CRM, ensuring effective communication throughout the account consolidation process.
Collaborate with relationship management and advisory teams to prioritize appointments for outside asset consolidation and seamlessly transition responsibilities once assets are secured.
Achieve bi-monthly sales and conversation targets to earn incentive compensation.
Perform other duties as assigned, including attending staff meetings, participating in product seminars/training, and ensuring compliance with federal and state securities and insurance regulations.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
3+ years of experience in the financial industry with a track record of sales success.
Excellent listening, verbal, and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations, with fingerprinting required.

Passion for assisting mass-affluent customers in structuring and achieving intermediate to long-term savings goals.
Self-motivated individual with the drive to excel in a fast-paced, senior sales environment.
Eagerness to learn and implement new financial tools, computer systems, and conversation expectations.
Team-oriented and customer-centric mentality to uphold and enhance culture and values.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a working knowledge of retirement plans.

Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 (Base Salary)
