Required Qualifications

Years of Experience: 2. 1. MA RN license (#, expiration) Must have Active License - conditional licenses no longer accepted 2. BLS, 3. COIVD vaccine - Flu vaccine, Covid vaccine and booster - NO exceptions 60 mile radius rule
