Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Agile Enterprise (Program/Implementation) Coach in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Data Services Program. The CDM Data Services Program is a critical component of CISA’s national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace. This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule.

The CDM Data Services Program mission is to provide a standardized platform to collect, transform, and integrate cybersecurity data from relevant authoritative data sources into a coherent data, delivering actionable information into Agency and Federal Dashboards to identify risk areas in support of mitigation as well as to facilitate coordinated agency and national response to cyber-threats.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implementation of a Full/Large configuration Scaled Agile Framework program.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring at the Program, Portfolio, and Team levels for scaling Agile.
• Engaging with the Enterprise Organization and Business Leadership to guide the transformation/Implementation to agility.
• Providing expertise in the areas of Lean Thinking, Scaling Agile principles, and practices
• Serving as a Servant Leader and Change Agent for applying Lean and Agile principles and practices.
• Leveraging a variety of coaching, mentoring, and training styles to drive Agile adoption throughout the organization and assisting with the realization of organizational transformation, well-formed Agile Release Trains, and success metrics.
• Establishing a culture of continuous improvement within each area.
• Providing mentoring and training of Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters/ Team Coaches, and Agile Teams

Basic Qualifications:

• Most possess SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification, AND at least one of the following certifications: Scaled Agilist (SA), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Certified Scrum Professional – Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSP-CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• A bachelor’s degree in computer-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of (10) ten years of experience in IT Project Management in Agile environments.
• Expert Facilitation Skills – Effective at facilitating and teaching concepts and ideas.
• Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
• Availability to deliver remote/virtual workshops effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Atlassian suite of products such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence.
• Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.
• Proven ability to drive movement towards implementation / transformation success.

Security Clearance Requirements

• Must be a US citizen (non-dual citizenship)
• Able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability (EOD)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
