What You'll Be Doing:

As a vital part of our team, you'll be the heartbeat of our client experience! Your role as a Client Experience Specialist is all about ensuring our clients receive top-notch care. From maintaining organized appointment schedules to providing Simply Excellent Hearing Care, you'll be at the forefront of making a positive impact.

What You'll Bring:

Passion: A high school diploma or equivalent is a must, coupled with your enthusiasm for customer service and office administration.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to establish and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with computers, including scheduling software and MS Office.
Organization Skills: Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities are key.
Learning Attitude: Stay updated on hearing aid technology, and be ready to perform basic cleaning/repair functions.
