Job description

We’re searching for an efficient and organized dealership receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support for our auto group. Our new team member will serve as a greeter to our guests and exhibit excellent customer service skills in every interaction. Day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting customers in the service lane, and keeping car dealership operations running smoothly. This individual must also field complaints and questions in a friendly and professional manner, implement automotive group standards to streamline processes, schedule appointments, and help assist the check-in process.
