Our winery is conveniently located just outside of McMinnville, Oregon, approximately one hour south of Portland.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under the general direction of the Enologist, the Laboratory Technician will perform:
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail. A science degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related science field with previous lab experience is preferred but not required. Previous experience with the Y15 autoanalyzer is a bonus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and have a sense of pride in your work. Must be able to work varying shifts and overtime as needed, particularly during the peak of the harvest season and until the end of December. Must be able to communicate in English effectively. Must be able to work in the US and have legal transportation. A great attitude and passion for beverages goes a long way!
Wage Transparency:
The base pay for this role ranges from $19.00-24.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
