Role: Payroll Specialist

On-Site: Massillon, OH

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000

Recruiting Heroes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client in Massillon, Ohio. Our client is a leading provider of integrated engineering solutions. 

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with payroll processing for 7-10 companies within our organization, utilizing ADP Workforce. If you have prior experience with ADP and possess strong analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple companies.
- Utilize ADP Workforce to input and maintain employee data, including hours worked, deductions, and tax information.
- Verify payroll information for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably using ADP Workforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations is a plus.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
