Agility-Finding solutions to the inevitable problems is necessary as a leader. So regularly reviewing your lists, thinking ahead and anticipating potential bumps in the road is all part of staying agile.
Preparedness- A ninja constantly in battle and never resting will end up being defeated. Getting the right sleep, exercise, nutrition and hydration should never be viewed as luxuries. These are essential to quality thinking, and therefore to our success, so don’t ever feel guilty for prioritizing them.

We only promote from within so we are looking to develop 15-20 representatives into trainers and team leaders within the next 6 months. There are 5 leadership roles and promotions available.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office -- including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proficiency with using a smartphone and laptop
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Must possess excellent problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with external and internal customers
* No experience required but must be willing to obtain certification or licensed within state
