Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist who is committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations.
North County: Oceanside ~ Carlsbad ~ Fallbrook ~ Vista ~ San Marcos ~ Escondido ~ Valley Center ~ Encinitas ~ Del Mar ~ Poway
San Diego: Downtown ~ Pacific Beach ~ Miramar ~ Mira Mesa ~ Scripps Ranch ~ Kearny Mesa ~ Mission Valley ~ La Mesa ~ Santee ~ National City ~ Chula Vista ~ Imperial Beach ~ Otay Mesa
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

GrandCare Health Services Required Skills and Experience - At least one (1) year of experience as a PT, Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California PT license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in southern California
