Our goal is to build 5,000 Units, in 5 years over 5 locations and Houston, TX is one of those locations. 

If you are a self starter and have a great subcontractor network in the area, we would love to bring you on our team. With our ambitious goal, we are offering some great profit sharing bonuses as well.

What You Will Be Doing

- Ensure quality control, job site productivity and safety
- Ensure work is being performed accordance with schedule and project plan
- Manage firm employees on job sites including subcontractors
- Perform material take-offs and framing layouts
- Frequently communicate with project managers, owners and necessary parties
- Ensure timely deliveries by coordinating orders and ensuring a clean schedule

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ Year Experience In:
- Single Family Development
- Subcontractor Relationships
- Construction Management
- Vendor Management
- Building Teams
