Job description
Role: Scrum Master - Dynamics CRM
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: 12+ months
Experience: 10+ years
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Dynamics CRM development teams.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Dynamics CRM development best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the progress of Dynamics CRM development teams, escalating issues when necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback, retrospection, and adaptation to enhance productivity and delivery quality.
- Track and report sprint progress, team velocity, and key performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate dependencies, align on deliverables, and ensure smooth integration of Dynamics CRM features and functionalities.
- Serve as a servant leader, empowering the team to self-organize, make decisions, and take ownership of their work, while providing guidance and support as needed

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Dynamics CRM development teams in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM development principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe is a plus.
