Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Provider
DH Clinics Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics in Concord and Manchester/ Bedford are seeking Associate Providers (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), with a strong interest and background in Cardiology, who will provide and coordinate the general care and education of cardiac patients in the clinical settings. We will consider both part-time and full-time candidates. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in Cardiovascular Medicine and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, be experienced in conducting stress testing, and have familiarity with cardiac drug management.The individuals selected will act as patient advocates, assuring that all aspects of the patients and familys needs are met and with continuity of care. Applicants will be able to explore and express a preference for either location.
